Staff was friendly, upgraded us when we arrived. Our room was on the 4th floor and it was quiet, clean. Everything was a delight. Close to stores CVS and Ross, food and night life. Didn't hear that loud cars outside once you were in your room ( bonus). Short drive to the Miami Port

The location is phenomenal - if you are visiting Miami for the first time, you can cross the street and visit Bayside Marketplace for music, food, and a stroll. The area nearby is safe, even during late-night hours. The hotel itself offers an average overall experience. Rooms, restrooms, and the lobby are all "good enough." If you are looking for a premium experience, you may leave disappointed. Nonetheless, the hotel delivers when it comes to affordability, location, comfort, and clean rooms. The staff was very cordial and attentive.
